Jet-Smart undertakes all reasonable measures to ensure that all aspects of your travel, including the services of other related organisations that we contract on your behalf, are of the highest quality, in good standing and provide their services in good faith. However, we cannot accept any liability over situations about which we have no control, although we do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.

We take every possible care to ensure that your Jet-Smart Platinum Travel experience lives up to your expectations.

As your Jet-Smart Private Travel arrangements are individually custom designed for you, we require a 10% deposit on booking and full payment 30 days before travel.

We strongly advise the purchase of travel and medical insurance, which we can arrange for you, to help protect you and your party against unforeseen circumstances and against any possible liability issues.
